BBQ Lamb

The main focus of this meal is BBQ marinated boneless lamb which is now commonly available from supermarkets or some butchers.

BBQ the lamb for 45-60 minutes on a low setting which aims to crisp the outside, while maintaining a very moist and just-cooked interior. It can then be sliced at the table and served with a range of complimentary dishes.
