Ingredients
- 1 bunch of flat parsley, finely chopped
- 2 boiled eggs, finely chopped
- 4-6 anchovies depending on your taste
- 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
- 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1-2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar
- 1-2 tablespoons of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- NOTE: the ratio of ingredients can be varied according to your own taste, and other ingredients such as basil or capers can be added to modify the flavour.
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, blend if you cannot chop everything finely, or if you prefer it to be smoother.
